Trusting Your "Intuition"

By Dr. Damian Goldvarg Ph.D., MCC Intuition is defined by the Webster dictionary as a "clear and instant perception of a truth without the aid of reason." Sometimes we have "hunches" or ideas that we don't know where they come from. We know something but we don't know how we know it. However, this information can be very important in our lives to make decisions. The ability to pay attention to our intuition can help us to make appropriate decisions.
By Dr. Damian Goldvarg We live our lives embracing habits without often asking why we do what we do. We can even make decisions without thinking much about other possibilities as we build on what we know and believe is the best for us or our loved ones.  These decisions might be done “mechanically” or in “autopilot” which means we may have not spent time reflecting on why we do what we do. It is as if the decisions were already made for us.

Managing Our Time

Damian Goldvarg, Ph.D., MCC. Many of my clients, during our coaching sessions like to focus on how, to more effectively manage their time. First of all, I would like to clarify that  we don´t manage time but we manage ourselves.  The challenge is managing ourselves since we all have the same 24 hours.  However, some people are more effective than others in organizing to achieve professional and personal goals.
