It consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on observed or recorded coaching to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential focuses on developing coaching skills and not on the exploration of challenges of the coaching professional practice, such as building a business or achieving work/life balance”.
