Objectives
Coaching Skills Training for Managers
is an interactive and practical program that prepares managers to be more effective coaches. For three days, managers participate in different exercises targeted to practice coaching skills and become more effective at providing feedback and conducting effective coaching conversations with their direct reports. The program may be customized to meet the specific needs of the participants.
Managers learn how to:
- Develop trust with employees so people want to collaborate with them
- Identify what motivates their direct reports and align personal with organizational goals
- Prepare to conduct effective conversations about employees ’s development needs
