Damian Goldvarg has thirty years of experience in providing leadership development services including: executive assessment and coaching, facilitation, leadership training, strategic planning, and team building. Susie Warman is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Mentor and Accredited Coach Supervisor certified by the EMCC European Supervision Individual Accreditation (ESIA). She is a Sociologist and has a PhD in History specializing in Education.
She has more than 16 years of experience working as an Executive Coach, Leadership Development, Building High Performing Teams and as a Facilitator in Mexico and U.S.A. Alicia is a MCC, a Professional Master Coach of the Argentine Association of Ontological Coaching Professionals and has over 26 years’ experience in coaching, mentoring, supervision and work with executives in the development of communicational competencies and leadership.
Alicia has worked as a Coach Supervisor in coach training programs in Argentina and in Goldvarg Consulting programs: in individual, supervision of supervision and group supervision sessions. She is an ESIA from EMCC and a Group Supervisor. She is a Mentor Coach, and a trained ICF Mentor Coach.
She is founder and Director of A & T Organizational Coaching (1997), an organization that train coaches. She graduated as a National Chartered Accountant and Bachelor in Business Administration and worked as Professor at the School of Economic Sciences. Alicia has published 4 books: as an author: “The art of listening”; “Fundamental conversations in organizations” and as co-author “Training of an Ontological Personal and Organizational Coach” and “Designing Conversations.” Alicia’s coaching, mentoring and supervision clients speak about her special ability of balancing challenge with support. Paul’s life and career has been dedicated to the field of self-development and to affecting positive change through play, storytelling, and powerful conversations initially as a performance poet, then a psychotherapist, and now as a certified coach and supervisor. A certified LEGO® Serious Play® methods coach and a member of the MURAL Consultant Network, Paul supports his clients to think with their hands and put their imagination to work in both tactical and technological ways. When he isn’t playing with his toys or coaching privately, Paul is an external coach for Rewire Inc and a coach supervisor for the coaching start-up, AceUp, and Hawthorne Union, a continuing education and coaching group. Paul is an Erickson Certified Professional Coach [ECPC] with Erickson Coaching International, where he is also an assistant trainer. In addition to his certification in coaching supervision with the Goldvarg Consulting Group, he is certified in the DRiV/DRiV360 Assessment, a Certified Values Coach, and a Certified Team Prelude facilitator. This year, Paul is attempting a double-accreditation feat as he is not only applying for his European Supervision Individual Accreditation [ESIA] with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council but also preparing for his MCC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
Meryl Moritz is an ICF Master Certified Coach and an EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner who works with leaders and teams on five continents, helping them to embed coaching into their cultures. Since completion coach super-vision training in 2019, she has developed a practice of supervising executives once they have finished a course of leadership coaching with her. Meryl believes that supervision’s reflective container allows executives to safely examine their reactions and interactions to enhance their relationship with self and others. These executives become increasingly able to withstand and adapt to unrelenting change and to support their own and their organization’s agility.
Meryl is also a coach educator who has been on faculty of three US universities and is a guest lecturer in coach training programs in China, India, Japan, and Russia. In 2019, Meryl (like Damian Goldvarg before her!) was inducted into the ICF’s Circle of Distinction for life-time achievement in coaching. She holds the Master of Science in Organizational Sociology and is a certified Exponential Innovator through the Purpose Alliance. Meryl lives in New York with her husband who are both eagerly awaiting a return to theater, new music, dance, and art once 70% of people receive COVID-19 vaccination.
Lynn Harrison, is an executive coach with over 25 years of experience, including co-founding an international, franchised training organization, leading at the senior management level, and providing consulting services to leadership teams and boards. She is the Vancouver-based principal of Black Tusk Leadership Inc., four-time recipient of the International Coach Federation Prism Award, recognizing the positive impact of coaching in corporations. In addition to her business and coaching experience, Lynn has a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems and an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science. She is certified as a Master-level Coach (MCC and MCEC), a Coaching Supervisor (ESIA), and a Senior Organization Development Professional (CODP). Lynn’s research interests include the phenomenon of abrasive leadership and coaching supervision. She recently contributed chapters to Fielding University’s “Innovations in Leadership Coaching” (2020) and a forthcoming book on Coaching Supervision in the Americas (2021). Lynn resides in Whistler, Canada and Indian Wells, California, where she is active in the outdoors.
Eva Hirsch Pontes is a licensed psychologist and earned her Coach certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, California. Eva holds an MCC credential from ICF and is an ESIA Accredited Coach Supervisor by the EMCC. Eva also works as a Mentor Coach, Conflict Mediator and invited faculty at two of the most prestigious business schools in Brazil – Fundação Dom Cabral and The COPPEAD Graduate School of Business. Eva has also been actively involved in volunteer activities for ICF: she integrated the first Board of ICF/Chapter Brazil, and currently holds a seat in the Advisory Board of that Chapter. She also works as a volunteer Coach Supervisor for the Ethical Coach Project, to help develop a coaching culture in Ethiopia.
Before becoming a coach in 2006, Eva worked for 25+ years as an executive in the shipping industry, holding several key positions including director and board member.
In 2013, Eva became the first CSA Accredited Coach Supervisor in Latin America. Since then, she has been offering individual and group supervision to coaches who want to engage relationally in mutual and transformational learning.

Inga Bielinska is a Master Certified Coach, team coach certified by both ICF (ACTC) and EMCC (ITCA), and a business trainer. In addition to that, she serves as an ICF mentor coach and ESIA EMCC coach supervisor. She specializes in supporting individuals and organizations globally, particularly those dealing with remote and culturally diverse teams or communication challenges. Eliane Fierro is an accomplished Team & Executive Coach, with a broad experience in business, sport and human development. She has the ability to see systems and understand organizations in a simple way that helps leadership teams connect with what is truly important in order to achieve. their goals. Eliane has her own coaching firm, Efcoaching, whose purpose is to inspire others to leverage their passion in order to be all they want to be. Jeff Nally is an executive coach, coaching supervisor, professional speaker, and author who creates no-nonsense neuroscience solutions with leaders to be more human at work. Jeff is the president of Nally Group Inc., a practice focused on the science of leadership and human interaction.

Larissa Thurlow has been a Learning and Development professional for over 25 years. Recognizing that teams are a crucial part of working and organizational life and they can also be a source of challenges, frustrations and opportunities, she attended AoEC Systemic Team Coaching Training in the UK in 2013 and began to use the High Performance Team Coaching Model (Carr and Peters, 2013). Since that time, she has also completed Systemic Team Coaching Training with Peter Hawkins and the Organizational Systems and Relationship Systems (ORSC) training from CRR Global.
Larissa has extensive education (Masters in Distance Education) and experience (ICF PCC, EMCC Senior Practitioner; faculty member of Mount Royal University Integrative Health Coaching program, member of CRR Global faculty) in coach training, coach mentoring, and coach supervision (ESIA pending). Larissa is an active member of the Global Supervisor’s Network (GSN) and the Americas Coaching Supervision Network (ACSN). Norma is a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, (ICF). She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires. She received her coaching training at the Argentina School of NLP and Coaching, serving as supervisor, evaluator and mentor coach until 2015. She is a NLP practitioner and founding member and Board Member of the Argentine ICF Chapter. She is currently responsible for Latin America continuing education webinars. She is a member of the staff of Goldvarg Consulting Group. Pat is a seasoned Executive and Communication coach from Argentina, originally sworn translator & interpreter, who holds ICF’s PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and EMCC’s EIA (Senior Practitioner) credentials. She’s an ACC & PCC Assessor. Before becoming a professional and mentor coach almost 12 years ago, Pat had over 30 years of experience training & coaching executives in communication skills in English. She has a Post-Graduate degree in Management Skills and Certifications in C-IQ (conversational intelligence), Systemic & Team Coaching, Positive & Organizational Psychology, and is a certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator. An experienced coach, trainer & mentor with prestigious schools, she has also designed training programs. She has been ICF Argentina’s Board member and VP since 2020 while serving as Coaching Education Ambassador for the NALAC region (2021-2023). She’s currently training with Damián to become a supervisor, and is a mentor coach in Goldvarg’s Level 1 training programs in English. Clara is a seasoned English and Spanish-speaking coach, passionate about communication as the way to get things done. She has trained as an ontological coach, personal brand expert, narrative coach, CBC or conscious business coach, and undergone many other enriching learning experiences. She holds a PCC and has worked with C-suite executives and businesspeople. She has been a mentor coach since 2011, and been in love with coaching supervision since she trained to become one. She is an amateur painter and dancer and she considers art and creativity an expression of our soul.
Before becoming a certified coach she designed corporate training for effective communication while specializing in sociolinguistics, and later on in andragogy.
Her training and work experience have enabled her to network with colleagues and serve various clients from all Latin America, many areas in the US, Spain, the UK, Portugal, Italy, France, Greece, Romania, among other geographies.

Linda Hendrickson—PCC, ESIA, MNPL
Linda is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through ICF and an EMCC Global Coach/Mentor Supervisor (ESIA). She earned her coach certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and her supervision certifications in both supervision and group supervision through Damien Goldvarg Consulting Group. With her husband, she co-founded Hendrickson Coaching, LLC. She has a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Washington and a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University.
Before and since completing her coach certification, Linda has worked and volunteered extensively in leadership roles in nonprofit, governmental, and volunteer organizations—the majority devoted to supporting students along their educational paths. Through her work in mission focused organizations, Linda experienced the value of listening with an open heart and building mutual trust and respect—approaches she continues to center in her coaching and supervision.
Linda embraces change as a lifelong process of questioning and affirming the relationship between who we are and what we do and believes we become what we practice. She is a wife, mother of three grown children, friend, and grandmother for 5 amazing grandchildren who live on the East and West Coasts of the United States. Choice Magazine published an article on Superivison and co-authored a chapter on Creativity in Supervision. Aida is also a facilitator and supervisor contributing to Goldvarg Consulting’s Coaching Supervision Program. Fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Italian.
