Introduction
The Team Coaching Certification offers trained and experienced coaches an opportunity to learn and develop team coaching skills. This program gives participants a thorough understanding of team dynamics as well as the coaching techniques required to build and lead productive teams inside businesses. The program follows the ICF Team Core Competencies, and includes readings, lectures, group discussions, exercises, and case presentations. Key skills presented include fostering effective communication, psychological safety, managing conflict, and fostering a sense of identity and shared purpose. Coaches will be equipped to reshape teams and steer them toward long-term success with this certification.
